Custom Printers has successfully served its broad customer base since 1972 by providing exceptional customer service matched with award-winning printing. High quality printed materials have been created for book publishers, high tech companies, small business, graphic designers, federal government agencies as well as other commercial printers.

Clients
We seek to understand the needs of our clients so we can "truly" serve. It is our goal to provide products and services that exceed expectations and create long-term, rewarding relationships. It is our belief that supplying high quality printed materials, in a client-focused environment, is not only great service to our clients but will position Custom Printers as a solution provider.

Employees
We strive to provide all staff with stable, rewarding and enjoyable employment. Our working environment is one of responsibility and authority. Everyone is responsible to ensure that all jobs are of the highest quality. Each person has the authority to stop a job if they feel we are not doing our best. Everyone takes great pride in their work. Staff consistently meet deadlines and exceed quality expectations. We believe we have some of the most technically experienced staff in the industry.

Community
We believe in "giving back" to the communities where we live and work. We are proud supporters of the arts through organizations such as the Ottawa School of Dance, Ottawa School of Speech and Drama, and the Ottawa Jazz Festival. In-depth involvement in our municipal governments, both Renfrew County Council and the Town of Renfrew, has provided many opportunities to serve and make a difference.
